About the Role

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll drive our growth through two key channels: social media/influencer marketing and LinkedIn lead generation. You’ll either leverage your own established social media presence (10k+ followers) or build partnerships with influencers across major platforms. Additionally, you’ll manage a retail market-driven sales channel and generate B2B leads through LinkedIn Premium.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Influencer Marketing:

  • Contact and recruit influencers to promote our trading solutions
  • Manage partnerships and collaboration agreements with content creators
  • Create or oversee content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Develop and maintain your own social media channel (if applicable)
  • Track engagement metrics and campaign performance

LinkedIn Lead Generation:

  • Use LinkedIn Premium to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic outreach campaigns
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects

Requirements

  • Own social media channel with 10k+ followers with growth potential OR proven track record in influencer recruitment
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • LinkedIn Premium experience and expertise in B2B lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative content creation and marketing abilities
  • Understanding of financial services/trading industry preferred
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
